Ever wonder what “buying a 1/4 cow” really means?

I just wrapped up a pickup for a family in Hilliard—first time they’ve ever bought meat this way. They were shocked at how much they got:

Hey all, I’m a local farmer here in Central Ohio, just outside Columbus.

My family and I sell bulk beef and pork directly from small local farms to folks right here in the area. It’s all USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and ready for your freezer.

A lot of our customers used to order from places like ButcherBox, but now they stock up with us and save money—and support local farmers at the same time.

We’re not fancy. No subscriptions, no gimmicks. Just honest meat from good animals raised the right way.

We do 1/4 and 1/2 beef bundles, as well as pork by the half or whole. Pickup is local, right around Columbus...or we can deliver right to your door.

Being a cattle farmer means rolling with the punches—there are tough days, and then there are great days. Today’s one of those great days because we’re gearing up to provide another round of open-range beef to our Central Ohio community.
