Ive been throwing around the idea of making 1 cake a month. Would anyone be interested? These would be fondant celebration cakes, maybe a few creative wedding cakes? Prices would be highter than before- the price of eggs? I would make sure they were still affordable, but also designs that I stand behind. I would also be looking for creative designs!

I don't do a lot of sheet cakes, therefore I'm still learning. I know it sounds odd but they're completely out of my comfort zone. However I did a sheet cake for a Norwayne Graduate today and I think it turned out great!! the cap is cake and the flowers are sugar flowers.

This weekend I did cupcakes and a cake for a stunning barn wedding. I actually wish I had more pictures of this wedding. It was gorgeous!! All the sunflowers are handmade from fondant. The cupcake flavors were turtle, chocolate peanut butter, and red velvet.
