🌱😳No Meat No Problem! Our microgreens make a delicious, healthy, and refreshing sandwich! I mixed a sunflower, broccoli, and radish salad up and put it on rye with artichoke, jalapeno, and parmesan spread. Added some Swiss and our homemade pickled onions and cucumbers! 🤤🌱

🐟Tonight we made quinoa and salmon bowls!Made with our freshly harvested microgreens 🌱and garnished with our homemade pickled peppers, pickled onions and bacon vinaigrette.

Not only is this dish dense with omega 3s, antioxidants and micronutrients- it’s also a great way to dress up the leftovers in your fridge. (Our bacon vinaigrette is made from our leftover red onion pickle brine 😉)
