Mainah Matt's Maple Syrup 6th year sugar maker. Currently with 200 taps, 120 on tubing and the rest are buckets and SapSaks. Boiling with a Mason 2'x6' flat pan evaporator.

Picked up my new 2'x6' four section flat pan evaporator today with a forced air blower! What an amazing job done by W.F Mason Custom Welding. I am so happy with my purchase from him, he has done and exceptional job!

Finished putting up the lines. 76 taps in this grove. Good sized Sugar Maples. It was a nice sunny day to finish the lines. Used about 1300 feet of 5/16th tubing. Really good slopes. Hope a natural vacuum is created with the combination of tubing diameter, length, and slope.
