Bethlehem Farm is a Family run farm located in Winchester, VA. It is run by the Morra family, who are committed to using the cleanest and most organic farming methods they know to raise their pastured poultry, grass fed and finished beef, pastured pork, brick oven pizzas and organic fresh milled whole grain breads. Founded in 2013, Thom Morra started this farm to provide clean, healthy food and pu
rposeful work for his family. The family was also motivated by the health of his wife Alison, who had breast cancer. Alison lived for many years and benefited from the family efforts. Sadly, she passed away in August of 2014. Thom, TJ (15) and Margaret Rose (11) decided to continue farming in honor of Alison and in hopes of providing clean food for their growing customer base. They now sell their products direct from the farm as well as every Saturday at the Old Town farmers market in Winchester VA. Thom remarried in December 2015 and added a new wife Nancy and daughter Grace (15) to the family. Thom and Nancy also adopted their son Gabriel (5) from Haiti in May 2017 (not pictured). Our philosophy is simple. As Christians, we seek to glorify God in all we do. We use organic soy free feed for our pastured poultry (chicken for meat and eggs and Thanksgiving Turkeys). Our beef is grass fed and finished. Our pastured pork is also fed an abundance of raw milk. Our products range from chicken, to eggs to beef to turkey to pork to bread and pizza to raw milk cheese and much, much more.
