2026 Chicken and Turkey Butcher Services in Wilson, NY

🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃🐔🦃

Due to the growing number of people choosing a healthier option and limited butcher services, Holzle Homestead is proud to offer poltry butch services for the summer and fall of 2026.

We helped a few families last year and noticed the need for a local poltry butcher. We proudly serve the Wilson and surrounding community.

Butcher days will be provided in the next few weeks.

Please note: We are still offering our free range chicken!

Living the dream on our slice of paradise ❤️

I have always loved tea thanks to my mother. Lately I have been looking at loose leaf tea and experimenting with mixing tea flavors. Well I’m happy to announce that I have produced a few amazing mixes! I am working closely with a local tea leaf distributor and plan on growing my own next season. In the meantime time, I am introducing a few flavors! Each bag holds enough tea for 20 cups of tea. Bags of tea are $10 local pick up (also every 1st Saturday at Lewiston farmers market) below is a list of tea I currently have available:

Dream Tea
Apricot Berry Tea
Focus Tea
Green Tea
Ginger Peach Tea
Raspberry Tea (amazing cold!)
Chamomile mint tea
Hops Tea
