Other kids are asking for candy and my 5-year-old is over here doing a happy dance because his protein shake is ready. 🤣

I can’t even make this stuff up. The second he sees a shake cup, it’s game over. Instant excitement. 💙

Last night we had the opportunity to set up a little Creed Nutrition pop-up for our local soccer families, and it was such a fun reminder of why I love what I do.

It’s never just about the teas, shakes, or recovery drinks. It’s about showing up, meeting new people, supporting local families, and being part of a community that helps each other grow.

Watching athletes, parents, coaches, and kids stop by to try something new and chat about their goals is my favorite part. These small moments and local connections are what make a town feel like home. ❤️
