We finally thought this would be there year we had our crap together 😬 we haven’t raised this many meat birds at one time yet and, even after buying extra poultry crates, we were still scrounging for extra space! HOWEVER, we are on our way to the processors and should have birds available next week!

This morning I got the sweetest text from a customer along the lines of “ it’s like we eat breakfast with you every morning between the eggs and honey, thanks for helping me feed my family” and honestly, it just brought me back to why I love doing this. We don’t make a ton of extra at the end of the year when you add in all our expenses. Raising food isn’t accessible to everyone and I see why, but I love that we can do this in some small way and help people have healthy, local food without the pesticides and preservatives so, thank you to everyone who has bought a dozen eggs from us or a pasture raised chicken or jam or honey. 🥹 I hope you taste the difference
