Jake’s Butcher Shop is a family-owned establishment specializing in custom whole-animal butchery, dry-aged beef, house-made sausages, and strong partnerships with local farms. We are currently seeking reliable, dedicated individuals to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering superior customer service at the retail counter.

U.S. CATTLE REPORT 🚨 Colorado Now Has the Nation's Worst Pasture Conditions

Pasture conditions remain under significant stress across much of the western and central United States. Colorado ranks as the worst in the nation, with 76% of its pasture and range rated very poor or poor, followed by Arizona at 74% and Nebraska at 68%. New Mexico (64%) and Wyoming (63%) round out the top five, while North Carolina, Montana, West Virginia, Delaware, and Oregon also report nearly half or more of their pasture in poor condition. Nationally, 42% of U.S. pasture and range is rated very poor or poor, compared to 40% the previous week and 28% one year ago, highlighting the continued deterioration in forage conditions across key cattle-producing regions.
