🫚 🫚 🫚
This week is our final ginger harvest of the year! We’ll have it at the farmstand Wednesday and Saturday.
This fresh young ginger is juicy and flavorful, with an extra thin skin so it doesn’t need to be peeled. Store it in the fridge until you’re ready to use, or freeze it and just take it out and grate as much as you need.

Use it in curries, soups, stir fries, teas, or try candying it to make crystallized ginger!

We’re open Wednesdays and Saturdays through December 19 at our farmstand: 899 Stony Hill Rd, Wilbraham.

We are certified organic, with fall crops including a wide variety of greens, roots, squash, potatoes, and onions.

We also have apples (not organic) from local orchards.

💐 Last call for flowers! We have mixed bouquets ($20) and straight bunches of celosia and strawflowers ($10) up at the farmstand—once they’re gone, that’s a wrap on our 2026 flower season! The celosia and strawflowers are great for drying—hang them upside down until dry to create an everlasting bouquet! 💐
