Was reading the comments on the KWCH 12 News post celebrating this month. Seeing the comments makes me even more motivated to keep doing this event!!!

In San Diego and Portland, you absolutely do not have this kind of environment. If this city plans on growing bigger than these folks better get ready, we are going to get much bigger and they will have to remain silent with their hate. Even the group Volksfront, a neo-nazi headquarters in downtown Portland, keeps their mouth shut. Not only because a big ol' bear queen will beat them down if they don't (yes this has happened and I have witnessed it, always choose the bear). Because there isn't anything for them to open their mouths about.

We all know Wichita is pretty far behind the rest of the big cities. Then there is some dumb guy in office that has so much hate, so folks think Monkey See, Monkey Do. So, this voice of hate is not a Christian movement; it is not some fanatical movement it's just people with a very old way of thinking that can't stand to see what they believe shouldn't exist only because they don't like it, the thing is it does in every city, country and everywhere on this planet. The old way is passing away. There is no space for hate in growth or any biblical arguement that will make them right. They will only slow down the progress they can't stop it. So welcome to the new we are here to welcome the growth and accept the future of what this city has to offer!
