"Ground Venison Stroganoff Recipe 🍽️

Looking for a delicious and hearty meal? Try this Ground Venison Stroganoff recipe! It's packed with flavor and perfect for a cozy night in.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison
1 onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Egg noodles, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground venison until browned. Add in the onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until softened.
2. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly.
3. Bring to a simmer and let thicken. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles. Enjoy! 🍝

As we work on the seating inside don’t forget we have tables outside! As the weather gets nicer be on the lookout for some fun events im planning on doing both inside and out.
