Over the last week, we’ve seen a huge increase in support for the Excalibear after Tony Cu’s review. First off — thank you.

To the customers who have been shopping with us long before the Excalibear, thank you for sticking with us through the extra traffic too. We appreciate you.

We’re a butcher shop first, with a small deli program built around giving people another reason to stop in and experience what we do. The response has honestly exceeded what we expected.

A few things to know while we adjust:

🐻‍❄️ ⚔️ Excalibears may be limited later in the day. We can only low 'n' slow smoke so many short ribs each day while keeping quality where it should be. We won't take any shortcuts and we'll have more for you the next day.

If you stop in later and don’t get a “sword in the stone” bone pull, we may substitute boneless short rib meat. Same flavor, same love. ❤️ Even without pulling the bone out… we still think you’re worthy 😁

For a short time, you may notice a more streamlined deli menu while our crew focuses on keeping service moving and quality high. We are not taking pre-orders for sandwiches at this time. Thanks for understanding!
