Strawberry Season Has Ended, But We’re Not Done Yet! 🍦🌽

Thank you to everyone who made this strawberry season such a success! While strawberries are no longer available, we’ll continue to be open with fresh-picked sweet corn, homegrown vegetables, ice cream, and our popular smoothies.

🌿🍴 Crispy Zucchini Fritters – A Summer Favorite! 🍴🌿

Looking for a delicious way to enjoy fresh zucchini? These crispy zucchini fritters are easy to make and perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack!

Zucchini Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 medium zucchini, grated
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 large egg
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Grate zucchini and place in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
3. In a bowl, combine zucchini, egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, and pepper.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly.
6. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm with sour cream, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
