Today we have a grain bowl so packed full of good stuff that we hope you love as much as we enjoyed making it. 🌾🥗

Our Chicken Shawarma Grain Bowl starts with a base of quinoa and chickpea salad, topped with roasted zucchini, pickled red onions, cucumber and tomato salad, feta cheese, and shawarma marinated chicken. Finished with a yogurt dill sauce and fresh parsley and mint, this bowl was made to enjoy on a day as beautiful as this one!

Soup is a vegan Lemon Lentil and Herb 🌱, very light and brothy, so come check it out too! Thanks for keeping us busy and hope to see you for lunch!

To celebrate Pride Month, we’re recognizing local businesses and organizations that help foster connection and inclusivity throughout the Wheeling area.

Today, we’re featuring The Public Market, a nonprofit, year-round indoor farmers market, kitchen, and health food grocery store location in downtown Wheeling.

✨ Monday / Tuesday Lunch Special ✨

After a much-needed 3-day weekend, we’re back and more motivated than ever! Today we start the week off with an ambitious feature, a Pittsburgh-style Cubano!

This is a more restrained version of the Primanti Bros. style sandwich, one that you could eat in one sitting and not hate yourself at the end. Using Pittsburgh’s own Mancini’s bread, we have a typical Cubano, with mustard, house-made pickles, sliced ham, mojo-style pulled pork, and Swiss cheese. Then we yinz it up with a vinegar slaw and hand-cut, literally, fries that were an absolute labor of love, as we don’t have a deep fryer and have to do these in a pot like your mom did back in the day. Sorry if that was assuming too much; my mom used to stink up the house doing that back in the day.

The soup is a rainy-day essential, Roasted Tomato, Red Pepper, and Zucchini. It’s vegan, delicious, and unexpectedly appropriate for today. Glad to be back and hope to see you for lunch!!
