Our Employee Highlight this week is Jose Esparza, The Grotto manager. Jose has been working with Thrifty Foods for 2 years now and he actually says that he loves it! We love his creativity and the way that he enjoys talking with and serving our customers. He has shown loyalty to the company as he protects his part of the store and enjoys working with his fellow employees that he considers family. Speaking of family, he enjoys grilling and spending time with his when not at work. He says, "I love going to our local community events with my family- my lovely lady Chalea and our kids." He brings a fun flair to social media and has a laid-back attitude that we appreciate having around. You are a valuable part of the team Jose!
