Celebrate Dairy Month with Cheesecake!!

If you were wondering about my cheese cake recipe from last month here it is!! But in true Margaret fashion I didn't follow the rules 🤣😁

No crust and placed directly into 4 Oz or 16 Oz mason jars and cooked in a hot water bath with a sous vide cooker at 150⁰f for several hours.... I left it and forget it.... when done placed in a fridge to cool for several hours. Perfect for breakfast!!

I love it when a recipe inspires you to try something new. Flavors you wouldn't of expected to go together.... served in a way you wouldn't of considered. For me its salt and lime rolled up like a ball of yarn 💕 when pulled apart like string cheese it just melts in your mouth.

Everyone says oh I love piglets can I come hold them!!.... or we want to have pigs too!! And babies!! Im all for doing things and encouraging people to try stuff. But a mama sow is a whole nother level of intensity that I have never experienced in the animal world. Yes a cow can be protective of her baby and can hurt you bad. But a sow will eat your face off. I've seen a few that are less intense but my mamas when piglets are around are scary. I have never had so many near death experiences as I have with a sow. They aren't mean under normal circumstances. When there are no piglets they couldn't be sweeter. But at this point I will rarely enter a pen with piglets. Even if she is the one stepping on them she will automatically assume you are guilty and death is your only consequence. Anyway... raising piglets from farrow to finish is not for the weak of spirit.... you've got to have good reaction time ( which i do not) and good judgement (which i lack frequently) but I respect Belle and know not to mess with her babies. And yes.... this is Pip's mom.
