BUILD A MEAL: Picanha Beef with potato medley and Kale & Brussels Sprouts Slaw

COOK Picanha Beef
1.)Pat the picanha dry and score the fat cap lightly in a crisscross pattern 2.) Season generously with: garlic, Italian herb, salt and pepper 3.) Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the picanha fat-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes until the fat is browned and crisp 4.) Flip and cook another 4–6 minutes per side (for steaks) or until the center reaches 130–135°F for medium-rare.

PREPARE Truffle Butter Fingerling Potato Medley
1.) Open Marketmade medley 2.) Take out truffle butter 3.) Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through 4.)Toss truffle butter with potatoes

PREPARE Marketmade Kale & Brussels Sprouts Slaw with Lemon Vinaigrette
