Make a new years resolution to follow búho market on Facebook for all the upcoming goodies this year. We are finally happy to announce our first roll out of food service with....SOUPS!

We have collaborated with Rocky Mountain Culinary to bring you Chef-prepared soups! This isn't your normal canned soup, this is homemade style to go. This month we will have a Texas Red Chili and vegetarian Hungarian Mushroom Soup option in our fridge. We will have two sizes, 32 oz (4 servings) and 16 oz (2 servings). The concept is grab and go, heat and eat, so our soups are *refrigerated* and are perfect to freeze for another time or take home to heat up and have a fast and delicious lunch or dinner. Each month we will roll out a new menu of options so you (and we) don't get bored.

We are so excited to finally roll this out. Food service from scratch is hard work and we have been working for 2.5 years to finally get out our first TWO SOUPS! 😂 Thank you for your patience and follow along as we get through these winter months and hopefully dazzle you with more variety this summer.

Also, no specialty food market is complete without products. We got your savory crunch fix as well as vanilla, chocolate, and Meyer lemon shortbread for your sweet tooth.

Inventory is coming along, and we may be small, but we have some specially curated items to continue in the direction of our specialty food micro-market vision.
