Helping out in Dave's shop while I'm getting myself set up for the season. Covered a day for him today in my happy place.

Here is an update for the 2026 season: unfortunately I will not be operating out of my Corinth Shop this year. Due to some big life changes, I have recently relocated to Bethel, Vermont. I am still in the process of getting a space set up to do deer processing. Please watch for updates. I also have a new phone number so please save it in your contacts for future deer processing needs. (802) 461-7220

Don't hesitate reaching out with any questions or for more information. Good Luck to all the hunters this season. Thank you for your continued support.

2026 is in the works! Cannot wait to get rolling this fall. Now that I officially have the shop in place, I'm considering a name change before I move forward. Should I keep what I have? Change it to Jessica Adams Wildgame Processing? Or I'm toying with Maplewood Wildgame Processing? I'd love feedback on this if you have a thought! Thank you in advance!

First deer processing of 2026! Kick off the year for a Rhode Island deer for a regular of mine! It is the perfect weekend for it.

I wanted to pop on here and share an update: due to the uninsulated building and freezing temps over the next week, I will be no longer taking in deer for the season. I apologize. Please keep me in mind for your 2026 Hunting Season! I'll be sharing progress and updates throughout the next year on here for the shop. Please remember to like and follow the page.

With that being said.... I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you that brought me a deer for the soft opening and/or were actively trying to get one in to me. I made it to 11 deer this year which is amazing and feels incredible. My very first customer was also my last customer, with a third one in between. You are all amazing. Thank you for the continued support!!! Here is to 2026!

Tried out the new Garlic & Herb sausage tonight! Burgers on the grill. Overall the recipe is delicious...the heat hits you in the throat. So I'll cut that back some and try again. Really happy with it!

So thankful for my grandparents for helping me with this grinder. It is perfect for what I am hoping to do here. Feeling more like a professional shop around here slowly! Tomorrow I will be able to try it out and some of my upcoming sausage flavors.
