This hot apple ale combines Redd's Apple Ale, fresh apples and cinnamon sticks for a cozy seasonal treat. Finished with a cloud of homemade whipped cream, it's the perfect drink for crisp autumn evenings, bonfires and game-day gatherings.
🍎 1 apple diced, about 1 cup
🍎 2 cinnamon sticks
🍎 ½ cup heavy cream

In a small sauce pot, combine two bottles of Redd’s Apple Ale with diced apples and cinnamon sticks. Cook on medium heat until slightly reduced, about 10 minutes. While apples are cooking, whip cream until stiff peaks. Split the Redd’s hot apple mix between two large coffee mugs. Garnish each with cinnamon stick.
