Keith is proud to offer local grass fed beef, pork, and lamb. The displays are also stocked with local goods from companies such as McCullough Farms, Habarka Farms, MagNoodles, and Laubscher Cheese Company. Keith, a fourth generation butcher, takes pride using traditional methods to prepare the meats. One of their specialties is smoking meat with the use of real hickory chips for optimal flavor. H

Palumbo’s homemade deli menu includes kielbasa, Italian sausage, blood sausage, four types of hot dogs, and six styles of seasoned bacon. We offer everything from “tongue to tail” states Debra. New to the market are homemade “CHARCUTERIE” meats. Charcuterie is the European art of curing meats for extraordinarily rich flavors. The customers can view the salami, sopressata, pepperoni, and pancetta drying through a large picture window framed with black volcanic tiles. The family owned business was first established twenty years ago and has the best quality meats and specialty goods necessary for any occasion.
