Michele Paladino of Lindera Farm will be back with blue-eyed grass, a lovely well mannered native perennial that is blooming now, and is very soil adaptive. The locally collected seed for this beauty have shimmery azure 'blue' flowers a different shade than varieties in the nursery trade.
Pebbles will be offering scones, muffins, madeleines, walnut loaves, sourdough breads & pizza and a fresh batch of kimchi and pickles. Special this week will be a new "layered" cake with orange confit .
Ann Gold's latest concoctions will be Bramble Chutney (apple, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, onion, garlic, raisins, 1 jalapeno, spices) and Rhubarb Ginger Jam .
Traders Hill Farm will have the same amazing vegetables as last week , head lettuces , mixed greens , radishes, bok choy , Annette's fabulous focaccia , cookies and the cheeses from 109 in Kent . Treasa is adding broccoli and mung bean sprouts and will have her usual herbal remedies .
Nick the Knife will be available for all your sharpening needs .
