restock my wheat berries with me!!

I did a lot of research before deciding what wheat to source for Extra Dough’s fresh milled sourdough, and I am so glad I found Grand Teton Ancient Grains. They are a family-run, regenerative, American farm supplying a wide variety of organic grains, all third-party tested free of glyphosate and mold. I’ve tried several varieties from them, and they’re all delicious and high quality.

I’d love to mill some flour or bake you a loaf of whole wheat sourdough this week. Orders close Wednesday night for pick up Saturday morning in West Columbia 🫶🏼🌾
