WBSP Thursday Evening Reminders! ✅

Have you voted for West Bend Sausage Plus yet? We were nominated in NINE categories in the Shepherd Express Final Round of the Best of Milwaukee 2026. We are nominated for Best Bacon, Bratworst, Butcher Shop, Cheese Curds Selection, Home Cooking Meal Kits, Hot Ham & Rolls, Meat Selection, Sausage, and Sausage Shop. We are going up against some of the BEST in Milwaukee - we need your votes! You can only vote once per email this round and you have to vote in at least FIVE categories (our nominations are found in the "Locally-Owned Food and Drink - Retail" category) for your votes to count. Voting in the Final Round goes until October 29. 🗳🥓🌭🍖🥩

We are half way through the month of October and still accepting your donations of NEW (with tags, please) winter hats, scarves, and gloves for those in need. All items collected will be donated to the Circle of Friends Shoppe at Immanuel United Church in West Bend. Please consider donating - cold weather is on it's way! Help keep our community warm! 🧤🧣

😯 Brewer Brats on special and National Cheese Curd Day today. 😯 We're not superstitious here, but maybe you should stop in to the store and grab both for tonight's game four. It's a sign. It has to be!

Brewer Brats are on special for as long as the NLCS lasts. Tonight could be your last night to pick them up for $3.99/LB (regularly $7.99/LB.). What's inside a Brewer Brat?? Cheddar cheese, bleu cheese, b**r, and onion. 🧀🍺🧅

We have a tasty variety of cheese curds from Gibbsville Cheese, Rogge's, Widmer's Cheese Cellars, Vern's Cheese, Inc., and Weyauwega Star Dairy in stock to celebrate National Cheese Curd Day. Makes a great game time snack. (Curds pair very well with WBSP snack sticks, too!)

Looking forward to seeing you in the store today, and GO CREW - finish it tonight!

We are butchers, not collectors...yet, here we are!

We know you come here for the steak, the house-made brats, the hot ham and rolls, and the friendly counter chat. Not necessarily for bar decor. However, we somehow ended up with a few really cool liquor display items in the shop that deserve a better home than sitting in our attic storage.

Anyone here in "facebookland" interested? What we have:

▪️Lakefront Brewery LED Lighted Sign, $150/OBO.
▪️SOLD - STILLY Vodka LED Lighted Sign, $150/OBO.
▪️SOLD - GABBIANO W**ery "Knight In Armor" Statue (Display), 28" H, $50/OBO.
▪️Rodney Strong W**e Bottle, Merlot 2011 (Display), Approx. 20" H, $50/OBO.
▪️REYKA Hand-Crafted Small Batch Vodka Bottle (Display) Approx 20"H, $50/OBO.

If you're interested, send us a message! Items for sale are first come-first served.

The wait is indeed over...and, we were nominated!!! Whoa!!! 😮😄 We thought a nod for Best of Milwaukee 2026 Hot Ham & Rolls would be pretty neat stuff so we asked for you to help us out - and with your help, we ended up with NINE NOMINATIONS - including HOT HAM & ROLLS! 🙌

So, were asking for your help one more time, and it truly will be only one more time as you can only vote ONCE per email address. (If you have five different emails, you can vote once using each email address, hint-hint!) Please go to www.shepherdexpress.com/best-of-milwaukee/2026 and start from the top. You must vote in at least FIVE categories to make your votes count, so start from the top and spread the love by voting for some of your other favorites, too! 🗳

All of our nominations are in the "Locally-Owned Food and Drink - Retail" category. We are nominated in the following subcategories: Bacon, Bratworst, Butcher Shop, Cheese Curds Selection, Home Cooking Meal Kits, Hot Ham & Rolls, Meat Selection, Sausage, and Sausage Shop. Please VOTE for WBSP!! It would be pretty neat stuff if we won all nine nominations - we're going against some pretty awesome Milwaukee staples. 🥓🌭🐽🥩🍗🍖 !!

A big THANK YOU in advance! You can vote in this final round starting today through October 29th. 🥰🌭🥩
