The Turquoise Coop-Weiser Farmstand Weiser, ID Self-Serve Farm stand! Raw A2 Milk/Cream/Butter. We have eggs, fresh bread and other baked goods. Restocks at 5pm Friday! Located at 1375 Ross Rd.

Free of dyes, seed oils, enriched flours, and carrageenan.

UPDATE:
9am Friday restock will be postponed by a few hours. We just got home from being in the ER with our 1 year old. EVERYTHING IS OKAY🙏 We just got thrown off track this evening.

Helllllo! 2 things for ya ✌️

•Saturday Oct 24 we will be in Midvale! I’m going to bring up some cookie kits, cookie dippers, Halloween cookie cakes, and a few goodies! We will be set up at Hummingbird Cottage 🎃🍪 12p-6p.

•I will also be putting these in the Farmstand at 9am on Friday for the weekend. I plan to have some other shapes and maybe some other colors to have a variety. If you’d like to PREORDER any, please do so now!

Happy Monday! TWO THINGS FOR YA✌️

1st: Heres all we’ve got left for milk/cream/butter for the week. Its soup season, and we’ve been using lots of this heavy cream to make the best soups 😋🍲

2nd: We have a new vendor in the Farmstand! Aprel has made some beeswax candles! Beeswax burns clean and is a natural air purifier! If scents aren’t for you the unscented is a great option to still give you the cozy vibe of a candle 🕯️

Alright, you guys have bullied me into traditional sourdough 🤣
🍞Would you want a sample sale weekend?🍞

Now everybody’s sourdough is different. There’s different hydration levels, fermentation, cold proofing, etc. That’s why I’ve been so hesitant on offering it. But this will be my style!

Our bread is cold proofed overnight, has a slight tang but not strong, and has small even crumb (holes/texture), I don’t love an overly “holey” loaf because butter and toppings fall right through.

I know there’s plenty of sourdough around but I’ve gotten a lot of requests lately so let me know if it’s something I should add!
