Another great weekend of catering in the books! We were blessed to spend the entire weekend cooking at the beautiful Cobb Ranch! A simple bbq pulled pork rehearsal dinner featuring smoked Mac and cheese and hand tossed dinner salad. The wedding reception featured grilled chicken and perfectly seared carne asada tacos with all the delicious fixings! We estimate that we fed around 500 people this weekend and we are seriously feeling it this morning!

It’s been a busy catering season already and unfortunately our regular lunch schedule will have to be adjusted. This week, we will only be open Wednesday and Thursday but are excited to offer a fun special; Hawaiian fried rice! Light and fluffy rice tossed with SPAM, green onion, pineapple, carrots, peas, and eggs!
