Update: we were able to get a generator that worked and all the coolers and freezers are doing great. We will continue to monitor the situation until power is restored.
Thank you for all of your help and concern!

Do any of our friends happen to have a large three phase generator that is portable?
Ours has decided to crash out during this power outage.

We need 120/208 3phase

To our customers - we are monitoring the temperatures and watching them closely.
