Seasonal Selections has evolved from things we are most passionate about during each particular season. From Spring planting, Summer produce, Fall pumpkins and gourds to winter deer processing we have created unique services with attention to detail. Located in Waynesville, Ohio we began making our salsa product in 1998. For many years the mild was made and given as gifts to friends and family. Wh

en I met my fiancé he liked salsa with a little more kick to it and created the medium and hot. These were also given as gifts. Each year as friends and family were sharing these gifts with their friends and family we began getting more and more inquiries about where the products could be purchased. From that it has taken two years for us to go from our kitchen to a shelf ready product that we believe captures our vision of what a gourmet salsa should be. We appreciate the opportunity to have you try our salsa and believe you will be impressed with the unique flavor.

Here's a great way to warm things up for the big game.

Chicken Tortilla Soup
2 jars of your favorite flavor Sugar & Spice Salsa
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cans rotel diced tomatoes and chili's
1 can black beans
6 boneless chicken breast (frozen or fresh)

Cook in crock pot 2 hours on high then 4 hours on low.
Once done shred the chicken breasts with a fork.
Stir
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
Enjoy!!!

I thought I’d share our go to quick recipe with your salsa.
Take 1/2 jar of the medium salsa, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp soy sauce and simmer together for 20 min. While that’s simmering Cook 1 lb of chicken and cube. After the sauce has finished simmering add the chicken to re heat and coat. Serve it on romaine lettuce leaves with crushed peanuts on top and enjoy!
Bourbon is optional.
