🎣 Fish Friday Pre-Orders Are Here! 🎣

To everyone who was there so early yesterday… I’ve never seen the parking lot so full! Thank you so much for your patience as we figured it all out. The response to Fish Friday was overwhelming, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring fresh, high-quality seafood to our community. I promise next week will be a bit more organized and I’ll be ordering A LOT more fish! 🤪

Because so many of you asked about pre-orders, we’re now taking IN STORE ONLY orders for next week’s Fish Friday. There is a sign up sheet at the register.

🐟 Looking for something specific? Want to make sure you get your favorite fish? Stop by the market and place a pre-order!

✔ $25 minimum order
✔ $25 non refundable deposit (applied to your purchase)
✔ Orders must be placed in-store by Saturday at 5 PM for the following week’s delivery
✔ Pick up Friday or Saturday

We’ll still be bringing in our regular Fish Friday selection, which will be available first come, first served. If you choose not to pre-order, next week’s lineup will be posted on Thursday so you can see what’s coming in.

Fresh seafood arrives Friday morning and is available on a first come, first served basis. No holds.

Fresh Catch of the Week 06/12

Our weekly fish selection will be posted on the whiteboard inside the market as soon as it arrives. As each variety sells out, it will be marked accordingly.

In the coming weeks, we plan to introduce a preorder option. It will likely require a minimum $25 order and a $25 non-refundable deposit.

To put these prices in perspective, a single restaurant entrée featuring halibut, grouper, or Chilean sea bass will often cost $30 to $50 before tax and tip. For about the same price, you can take home a pound of fresh fish and create a restaurant-quality meal for the whole family.

We’re excited to bring high-quality fresh seafood to Haywood County and hope to keep it available at fair prices while filling a need in our community. 🩵💙

🎣 FISH FRIDAYS ARE COMING TO CHRISTOPHER FARMS IN WAYNESVILLE!

Starting next Friday, we’ll be launching Fish Fridays with fresh seafood arriving weekly!

We’re going to slow-roll this program as we find our rhythm and learn what our customers enjoy most. To start, we’ll be offering four varieties of fresh fish each week, with the lineup announced every Wednesday.

🚚 Fish will arrive Friday morning just before we open.

🐟 We expect to have approximately 5–7 pounds of each variety available at first and increase as needed.

📋 When you walk into the store, check the whiteboard near the entrance for that week’s fish selection and current availability.

⚠️ For the first few weeks, there will be no pre-orders and no holds. Everything will be first come, first served while we gain some experience and see how demand develops. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so plan to get here early! Once we find the rhythm… We plan on taking weekly pre-orders in store on a sign-up log.

Be watching next Wednesday when we announce our very first Fish Friday lineup!
