I know it's late but I have to spread some good news!!
Just about 15 years ago I started making an old fashioned northern candy called Cinnamon Irish Potato candy. All these years I've made 200-300 every St. Patrick's Day and gave them away just to promote my candy making.
All this changed since the last St. PATRICK'S DAY when a young lady at Queensborough ask me if I could leave the cinnamon off!!!!
Well since St. Patrick's Day we have been working on that task.

As of tonight we have 11 flavors of cream balls and they are pretty awesome.
Tonight we've added 3 more flavors making it to 12 flavors total.
I've attached 4 seperate pictures of the trays tonight.
The new flavors are Pineapple, Peach and Cherry. The pineapple is awesome in all 3 chocolates.
Hope you can taste the pictures. Sorry for the late post but is an exciting addition to what we already do.

Good beautiful Saturday morning to everyone!!!!
To those that get out early just wanted to shout out to you.
Per request yesterday afternoon Pineland Bakery has been restocked with Plain Pecan Brittle this morning.
Also when the Wagon Barn Market will be restocked with 9" rounds containing Pecan Praline Crunch and Chocolate covered Pecans. They look great, go get one for yourself or a gathering this weekend.

We hope everybody has a safe and fun filled weekend!!!
Just wanted to release this information.
For 10 plus years I've made and given out free a northern old fashioned candy called Cinnamon Irish Potato. I hope you've gotten some over the last 10 years.
Just after this past St. Patrick's Day one young lady if I could make them less the Cinnamon!
Well over the last several weeks Valerie has helped me made of 8 flavors and the taste testers have really enjoyed them.

I've attached 2 pictures of varieties about about to go deliver to customers. Zoom in and see the different flavors and kinds.
You never know what can be developed until you try.

Another message this morning!!
Next Tuesday the 9th is plain cinnamon roll day. You have to order by this Friday and I will deliver to you on the 9th.
Again the price is $15 dollars per 6 pack. Let me know if we can help you with some yummy cinnamon rolls.

First Val's has the traditional and Waldorf Chicken salad special again this Friday. Just order by midnight this Wednesday night and I'll bring it to you on Friday.

One last note before everybody gets bedded down for the night!
After dealing with our flood waters this morning I decided to get in the kitchen.
Keeping the original Irish Potato candy in mind, I experimented again. I've produced a milk, white and dark chocolate potato with an orange flavored cream.
Valerie and I think it's pretty good. Tomorrow if I see ask me and if I haven't given them all yet I'd love for you to be taste tester for me.

The weather man just said we might get flashed flooding! There late we got it last night!
Yesterday the pond was 12" below the dock and today the dock is covered.
The main road into our place is about washed out.
Well we got the rain that everybody has been praying for!@

RED ALERT, RED ALERT, RED ALERT!!!!!!
Last night I saw BROWNS SEAFOOD SPECIALS starting today at 3:30.
I went by at 1:30 and placed the pork chop special for me to pick up at 3 pm.
Valerie and I just sat down and ate of our meal. To much food for one setting. It contained 2 huge boneless pork chops breaded and fried. They were so tender they melted in your mouth. Val said the greens were the best she's had in a long time and these didn't come out of a can. The sweet potato was great also. There were also 3 hush puppies in each meal.

A great meal at a great price point. I don't know if this was a special for tonight or all weeknight!

I wouldn't walk to find out, RUN,
It was awesome.
