Reminder to get your reservations for our Friday TosaFest experience: Cheese On The Street!

At Cheese On The Street, we will be joined by Wisconsin cheesemaker Joe Burns of Fayette Creamery (a.k.a The Raclette Sandwich Guy) to serve up traditional tartiflette. This classic cheese, potato and cornichon dish is prepared right in front of you in an open-air skillet and served straight from the pan with a green salad, Rocket Baby baguette and your choice of wine or beer to pair.
