Made from 100% Missouri hardwood, this is a serious upgrade from the charcoal we used to carry.

You get a 20 lb bag for the same price as the old 17 lb bags… and because Rockwood is drier, you’re actually getting more usable fuel pound for pound.
Drier charcoal = cleaner burn, hotter fire, better flavor.

Our Little Smokies start with fresh pork shoulder 🐖 and a recipe we’ve crafted right here at Old Station Craft Meats. Today’s batch just came out of the smoker — they’ll cool overnight, then tomorrow we’ll peel the casings, package them up, and get them ready for you.

We make four varieties to cover every craving:
