Did you know at Riccardo’s Market we make a wide variety of pasta salads in house using fresh ingredients and mixing up our own dressings? This particular salad is called Mediterranean Pasta Salad and has green, orange, yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion and a dressing made with balsamic vinegar all tossed with penne pasta.
