Are you ready for delicious, cheesy toasted sandwiches? These are so good and make the market smell delectable.

We at BroChachos Salsa are excited to announce our next “Culinary Adventure”. We are launching The Melt Factory today at the Main Street Farmers Market in Washington. It is a Gourmet Grilled Cheese booth. Simple yet sophisticated sandwich concepts that will remind you of when Granny, Nana, Meemaw, Gram (or whatever you called that special person) would make you a warm cut in half sandwich to fill that belly.

Today’s Menu-
1. “The Figgy Smalls”- grilled Prosciutto and Fig Jam with Havarti cheese

2. “The OG”- traditional grilled cheese with Mild Cheddar and Colby Jack cheese

3. “The Sloppy Melt”- grilled sloppy Joe with sharp Wisconsin cheddar

4. “The Kindergarten Melt”- 2 grilled PB&J sandwiches 1 grape 1 strawberry

5. “The Monkey Business”- grilled Nutella and Banana sandwich.

*ALL sandwiches come with a bag of chips(except #5)
