Today I feel so humbled because finally I get to give back to the community that has supported me for so many years. With the help of Kelm's BBQ we got to serve 175 meals to volunteers and community members. This Town, New Richland just showed how strong they are, how they come together as a community and how they step up for one another.
Blessed to be a part of this community.

History time, this ham loaf recipe has been selling in this town since the mid-80s. My personal favorite way to make this loaf is to place it in a baking pan and freeze it for 4 hours. Once I take it out of the pan I place it on my smoker that is set at 250 degrees for 4 hours or until the temperature reaches 160 to 165. This is so delicious You might have to invite your neighbors.
