🦈 Boozy Shark Bite

Cocktail Version

Ingredients

6 oz coconut rum
4 oz blue curaçao
4 oz lemonade
2 oz grenadine
4 to 5 cups crushed ice

For Garnish

Gummy sharks
Shark fin candy
Gummy rings
Cherry gummies
Red gummy candy or syrup for the “blood” effect

Instructions

Fill a bucket-style drink cup or large serving glass with crushed ice.

Pour in the coconut rum, blue curaçao, and lemonade.

Stir gently to combine the blue base.

Slowly pour the grenadine over the top so it sinks slightly and creates a red “shark bite” effect.

Add more crushed ice if needed for a full slushy look.

Top with gummy sharks, shark fin candy, gummy rings, cherry gummies, and a little red candy or syrup for decoration.

Serve immediately with straws.

Serve

Best served ice cold. Makes about 2 to 4 servings depending on glass size.

Italian Margarita

Yield: 1 large serving

Ingredients

1.5 oz tequila

1.5 oz triple sec

3 oz sour mix

0.5 oz orange juice

1 mini bottle amaretto

1 to 1½ cups ice

Garnish

Orange slice

Lime wedge

Sugar rim

Instructions

Rim a margarita glass with sugar by rubbing the edge with lime or simple syrup, then dipping it in sugar.

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add the tequila, triple sec, sour mix, and orange juice.

Shake until very cold.

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice.

Strain or pour the drink into the glass.

Either:

float the amaretto on top, or

invert the mini bottle into the drink for the same viral presentation

Garnish with an orange slice and lime wedge.

Quick sour mix

If you do not have sour mix, use:

1.5 oz fresh lime juice

1.5 oz simple syrup

Smoother version

For a slightly rounder, more restaurant-style flavor:

1.5 oz tequila

1 oz triple sec

1 oz amaretto

2.5 oz sour mix

0.5 oz orange juice

In that version, mix the amaretto into the drink instead of using the mini bottle topper.

Notes

Use fresh orange juice for a brighter flavor.

Chill the glass first for a better presentation.

Add the amaretto last if you want that layered look.

How to make it
