Tonight’s Dinner: Guinness Beef Pie
There will be a few hot ones ready at 5. The reat will be in the cooler. Just bring it home and heat for 30-35 minutes.

Unlike their stew-like pot pie cousins, meat pies are denser, meatier and only have enough gravy to help enhance their richness and keep them moist. This meat pie features slow cooked and tender shredded beef, along with herb roasted potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and a rich Guinness sauce, fully encased in a buttery pie crust.
$20, tax included

Ingredients :
Beef, chuck and roast
Beef broth
Guinness ale
Potatoes
Carrots
Peas
Mushrooms
Celery
Onions
Garlic
Flour
Herb blend
Butter
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

Obviously Runt can never be replaced, but I’d like to hear your opinion as to whether or not you’d like to follow the growth of another pig of ours. his name is Spot and he has a near perfect, black circle on his back. he is from our first litter. His mom is Zippa.

RIP Runt. we are sad to say that Runt has gone missing. we are assuming that he passed on and was eaten by the adult pigs, as does happen at times. While we like to hang on to hope, the reality is that he’s most likely no longer with us. in his two week life span, he gave us a lot of joy and we are happy that you all got to know him and care about him so much. With runts of any type of animal, we always hope for the best, but more often than not, they don’t survive and we are left heartbroken. We thank you all for your emotional investment in the little guy.

Don’t you just love going to a government office of any sort during your lunch break only to find out that they’re not open during that time because they’re on lunch break?!
