🌳 You see a tree in this picture, we see 106 years of Engelsma Farms

On September 20, 1920, our grandparents, George and Cornelia Engelsma, moved onto the farm. This old Winter Banana apple tree was about eight years old when they arrived.

Today, this weathered tree is the last remaining apple tree from the original orchard—a living reminder of the generations who planted, worked, and cared for this farm before us.

So much has changed in 106 years, but the love of the land and the commitment to growing good fruit remains.

106 years of family, faith, hard work, and apples. 🍎
As the fifth generation has begun to work on the farm and at the farm stand and we don’t take for granted the blessing it is, to be part of the Engelsma Farms story.
