Wakefield Farmers Market Come visit us Saturdays from 9-1 p.m. June 13 - October 31, 2026. We accept SNAP/EBT. How does it work? Good food for everyone is Good for Everyone!

We host four local farmers and 45+ vendors offering freshly harvested produce, seafood, meats, cheeses, honey, maple syrup, coffee, hot food, specialty foods, baked goods, flowers, plants, artisan crafts, live music, and more. For SNAP, you will purchase "market dollars" that you can use to purchase items from the vendors. We will continue to match SNAP/EBT purchases with up to $15 in market bucks during the 2024 season.

Not only can you grab a delicious cup of coffee or freshly roasted beans, but every visit helps support the Wakefield Boys & Girls Club and the amazing work they do in our community.

Something new is coming to our feed... Starting next week, we'll be launching a brand-new Tuesday series featuring the talented local musicians who help bring the Wakefield Farmers Market to life each week.

From folk and acoustic favorites to upbeat tunes that'll have you dancing by the lake, we'll be introducing the artists who create the soundtrack to our Saturdays. Live music isn't just entertainment, it's part of what makes our market feel like a community.

A huge thank you to The Savings Bank-TSB for helping us keep live music thriving at the market all season long. Stay tuned... literally.

This past week, it finally hit us... Opening Day is almost here!

We’ve been airing out market tents, dusting off tables and chairs, taking inventory, making lists, and checking them twice to make sure everything is ready for June 13th.

While we’re busy preparing the Market Tent and Music Tent, our vendors are hard at work too: baking, planting, harvesting, creating, restocking, organizing paperwork, and getting ready to welcome you back for another incredible season.

A farmers market doesn’t just appear overnight. It takes an entire community working together to make it happen, and we’re feeling grateful for every vendor, volunteer, musician, sponsor, and customer who makes this market special.

The Wakefield Farmers Market is gearing up for an incredible 2026 season, and we’re looking for community members who want to be part of the magic behind the scenes!

From helping with set-up and break-down, assisting at our information tent, supporting special events, and lending a hand throughout the season, volunteers play a HUGE role in making the market such a welcoming and vibrant community space.
