Friday, October 23 - Todayโ€™s pumpkin of the day is Fireball!
This pumpkin lives up to its name! Fireball is a bright, fiery orange pumpkin with a distinctive flattened shape and deep ribs that give it plenty of character.

The work for next season's strawberries are well underway. Check out this week's Fresh from the Farm segment with Coast Live . A lot of the work for a great strawberry crop begins Late Summer and into the fall as we prepare land, lay plastic, and get to planting.

Thursday, October 22 - Pumpkin of the day: One Too Many ๐ŸŽƒ

The One Too Many pumpkin gets its name from its creamy white skin covered in reddish-orange veins, giving it a look that's often compared to a bloodshot eyes. Its unique coloring makes it a standout in any fall display, especially alongside traditional orange pumpkins. Surprisingly enough there are still quite a few of these left in the field to pick!

Another day of planting strawberries in the books. Keeping the new plants happy with a little water. Back at it tomorrow!

One last event at the farm for the season! Harvest Craft Market at Cullipher Farm.
We're wrapping up another wonderful fall with our annual market, and we've got a fantastic lineup of local makers, artisans, and small businesses joining us.
Take a look at this year's vendor lineup and make plans to join us for one final day at the farm. It's the perfect opportunity to shop local, find unique gifts, and enjoy the farm as we close out the year. We hope to see you there.

Wednesday, October 21 - Pumpkin of the Day: Silver Edge ๐ŸŽƒ
As we count down to Halloween, we're switching things up from our usual daily farm updates and highlighting some of the unique pumpkin varieties we've grown this season. All the pumpkins we sell we grow, and once they are gone they are gone.
First up is Silver Edge, a Mexican heirloom variety with beautiful green-striped skin and a hidden surprise inside!
Unlike most pumpkins, Silver Edge is grown primarily for its large, white seeds with distinctive silver edges. These seeds have an amazing nutty flavor when roasted and are traditionally used in Mexican cooking. A pumpkin that's just as interesting on the inside as it is on the outside!
Stay tuned as we highlight more of the unique pumpkins grown here at Cullipher Farm!
