Tari made THE BEST tomato pie with the gouda dip. She said she put a few dabs in the middle and then liberally over the top. Pie shell, tomatoes, fresh basil, Makes-A-Difference and Life Is Gouda 757 cheese, easy peasy cheesy! 🧀🍅🌿

Many raw milk cheeses are made in small batches and aged for months, or even years, requiring time, space, and careful monitoring.
