We are also a Type I Illinois Department of Agriculture license holder, ( fully inspected). We can also custom slaughter and private label. We offer a variety of products for retail sale, including beef snack sticks and beef summer sausage, beef suet, beef heart, tongue, liver, and oxtail, ground beef and hamburger patties, pork breakfast sausage, pork patties, pork bratwurst, and BACON, camouflage Smith's hats and coozies.
