Hard to believe the first day of summer and Father’s Day is on the horizon. We are relieved we finished harvesting first crop hay before the rain set in. It’s been a good dose for the crops and pastures, but bring on the summer sunshine, grilling season, and campfires to wind down the day! This Spring, on a school trip with our daughter, we visited Arlington National Cemetery, the Holocaust Museum in DC, Gettysburg and the battles fought in farm fields, and various war memorials. Never have the sacrifices been so real. Today, we remember together.

The season of planting, growing, birthing, and longer days has set in. It’s a whirlwind. We want to give you more options to stop by our farm-store. So, one night a week we plan to be open in the evening, and we’ll also have Saturday and Sunday hours most every week. This week’s evening market is Wed 4-7.
