American Wagyu has been part of our herd for 8 years. Long before it was showing up everywhere, we were focused on building the our genetics and growing our program on the farm.

The American Wagyu in our market is over 75% Wagyu, with the remaining percentage coming from our Angus herd.

The result? Beautiful marbling and incredible flavor.

If you’re firing up the grill this week, remember: medium heat is your friend. Wagyu doesn’t need much🔥let the marbling do the work to taste that🧈🧈

For over 14 years, we’ve been raising our Clover Valley Farm beef and selling it directly to our community.

Four years ago, we had a dream and built from the ground up our farm market with one simple idea: What fills our table at home is what’s going to fill our shelves at the market.

We built the market not only to share what we raise, but a place for other local farmers, growers, and makers to share what they do too.

And that award sitting on the milk can between the boys? 🏆 It’s the Tony Russo Farm Marketing Award from the that we were awarded this year. A reminder that what we’re building here is about more than food🫶it’s about community.
