You don’t need a fryer, all you need is an oven and some time to have a delicious dinner.

Remove wings from the package and place into the tray. Use a paper towel to dry the wings. Pour the dry rub into the pan and cover the wings completely. Place the pan into a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove the pan, flip the wings, and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
