Our cattle are specially bred and fed with a blended diet of high quality clover-rich pasture forage, supplemented with a vegetable based feed for the best flavor, texture, tenderness, and marbling. Why Frozen? Over half of the food produced in the US is wasted from spoilage. We vacuum-seal and freeze our beef as soon as it's butchered, all the way to your table, minimizing waste while delivering the best quality available.

The garden entrance is starting to come together 🌿

Gray’s building an arbor from old black locust posts we salvaged during storm cleanup, and honestly, it’s going to be a pretty special spot once the grapevines grow in.

One thing about the farm… projects have a way of turning into stories over time.
