They showed up right on time & they won't last long.

Our first batch of fresh Morels just came in. If you've been waiting for this moment like we have, this is it — and the window is short.

Ramp it up!!

🌿 The only ramp recipe you need this week.

Ramps are Appalachian, wild-foraged and only available for a few weeks a year — so we keep it simple and let them shine.

Brown Butter Ramps (5 minutes):

🌿 Melt butter in a hot pan until golden
🌿 Add whole or sliced ramps
🌿 Cook 2 minutes until the leaves are just wilted
🌿 Finish with flaky salt
🌿 Serve over eggs, pasta, potatoes or crusty bread

That's it. That's the recipe.

Want to take it further? Optional add-ins: 🍄 Saute Blue Oyster or Chestnut mushrooms alongside the ramps — they're made for each other 🍄 Add a handful of Maitake for a deeper, crispier bite 🍄 Finish with a soft egg on top for a full meal
