❤️ Victoria Farmers' Market 🎉

Good morning from the farm. 🌅🤍

Today starts with something much more important than baking—it’s Momma’s birthday. ❤️ I’m headed east to spend a little time with her, then it’s back on the road to pick up more fresh dairy before heading home and firing those mixers back up.

Because Wildflour has another BIG week ahead!

Wednesday, we’ll make an even larger delivery to LB Select Processing & Meat Market.

Friday through Sunday, I’ll be in Waxahachie for Home For The Hollydays with tables full of scones, Nana’s cinnamon rolls, breads, and all those scratch-made favorites.

And Saturday, Ward will be holding down the fort at his booth at the Victoria Farmers Market with more Wildflour baked goods!

After selling through everything we had baked for this past weekend, there isn’t much time to slow down—but goodness, I am grateful to have a reason to start baking all over again. 🤍

First, though, I’m going to celebrate Momma. Happy birthday to the woman who helped teach me that some of the best things in life are made from scratch and shared with the people you love. ❤️

Then… back to the flour.

Y’ALL… WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY! 🩷😭

I don’t even know what to say!

After a phenomenal first week at LB Select Processing & Meat Market and an amazing morning at Victoria Farmers Market, I was already set up at Home for the Hollydays in Luling when things got a little crazy!

WE SOLD OUT… TWICE IN ONE DAY! 🎉

I called David this morning and asked him to bring me everything I had baked and set aside for tomorrow’s Oktoberfest at Cactus Land Brewing.

He loaded it all up, brought it to Luling, and y’all SOLD ME OUT AGAIN! 😂

But one of the best parts of today was finally meeting so many of you who have been following our little bakery! You stopped by to introduce yourselves, share how long you’ve been following along, and tell me how much you love our family’s baked goods.

Getting to put faces with names and visit with so many of you was such a treat!

I am incredibly grateful for every single person who stopped by, purchased something, shared our posts, or helped spread the word about Wildflour Scones & Bakery.

What a week this has been! 🩷

And a big thank you to David for making that extra trip to Luling today. I don’t think either of us expected everything he brought to disappear, too! 😂

Now, if you’ll excuse me, this Scone Lady has TWO events to bake for tomorrow… Oktoberfest at Cactus Land Brewing AND another day of Home for the Hollydays in Luling!

First, a quick cat nap… then back to the bakery! 😴

Apparently, I thought I was going to get some sleep tonight! 🤣

We will be at the Victoria Farmers' Market rain or shine with Wagner's Delight farm fresh produce, Wildflour Scones Fall favorites, and Gluten-Freedom Bakery gluten free banana breads and brownies from 9am to 1pm! We are enjoying the rains if you scroll through you can see my gardens are ready to plant and I look forward to sharing with you soon all that will be growing in the Fall gardens! 🌱

Something pretty exciting is happening at Wildflour… 👀🤎

Deliveries first this morning, then a quick supply run before I head home and fire up the ovens.

I have a rather LARGE order to bake today for something I’m not quite ready to tell you about yet. 🤫

And once that’s finished? We roll straight into baking for Home for the Holidays in Luling + Market Days at Cactus Land Brewing this weekend.

It’s going to be a very busy few days in the Wildflour kitchen.
