This week try our stuffed flat iron pinwheel steak. Filled with Carmelized onions, sauteed portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers, arugula, and roasted garlic. $24.95/lb
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-Brown roast on all sides in a frying pan with olive oil for approximately 2 minutes per side.
-Bake for 30 minutes then let rest for 5 minutes.
-Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
